 Yoga is missed at St. Pius, but there are multiple options made available through the Wauwatosa Rec Department. Sign up quick, classes begin the week of January 6th! The starting age is 13 for Yoga Basics/Fundamentals, Hatha Yoga and Fusion Yoga Level Two. For those 50+ there is Chair Yoga on Mondays at 12:45pm and four yoga classes, Mondays at 8:30am, Tuesdays at 10:00am, Wednesdays at 8:15 am, and Fridays at 8:30 am, at Hart Park. All fitness classes, fees and registrations (T’ai Chi, Zumba, PiYo, Muscle Conditioning, Aerobics, and etc.) are listed in the Winter-Spring 2020 Activity Guide mailed to your home, online at www.tosarec.com or call 414-773-2900.
