Let the Cub Scouts help you prepare for Christmas. The Cub Scouts will be selling wreaths at the back of church following the mass on October 19th and 20th, and the following weekend, October 26th and 27th.
The wreath's circular shape represents the continuous rebirth and everlasting life with no beginning and no end. There is also a double meaning foreshadowed as a crown of thorns and splashes of red to symbolize the blood Jesus has shed.
A wreath at the holidays is a welcoming sign to friends and family and a way to remember the true meaning of the season.
