Religious Education Update: September 2016

K-8 Youth Religious Education
September 18 is the Parent Session and First Class
9 AM - St. Pius X in school classrooms.
Enter through the Gym Doors
Class time is 9 – 10 AM.

Love God, Love Family, Love Your Neighbor…that is a great step for working towards PEACE.

Children’s Liturgy of the Word will begin October 2nd at St. Pius X 10:15 AM Mass. We NEED MORE VOLUNTEERS to make this a once a month rotation for adult volunteers.

High School Youth Ministry
September 25th – Mass with Class sessions begin!
Mass 6 PM with Class 7 – 8:30 PM
“DO Cat”—New book for the Sophomores
DO as in ACTION, Cat as in Catechism. (Social Justice topics)
Pope Francis has an “App” to go with it. This book was given out to all who attended World Youth Day in Poland this Summer!

WANTED: Young adults and young thinking adults looking for a way to grow in their faith as small group facilitators for Tosa Trio 10th grade.

Prayer for the month: Pray that families continue to place a priority on Celebrating Mass with their parish family & continue their Faith Formation.
