Adults of all ages should have one. Do you need to make changes or updates to your current document? St. Pius X Health Ministry invites you to join us on Sunday, March 12th in the rectory living room, after the 10:15 Mass to learn about Advance Health Care Directives also known as Power of Attorney for Health Care.
Take charge of your future health care decisions and put the worry of your loved one’s aside. Lisa Marie Idzikowski, APSW will explain your choices and the difference between a living will and a Wisconsin Health Care Power of Attorney as she walks you through the decision-making process, answer questions, and will provide the forms you need to complete a legal document. Come learn about this process for yourself or to help a family member, friend, or loved one. You may even be able to complete your Directive. Please plan to join us!
