Deadline Extended: DMI Survey

The deadline to complete the Disciple Maker Index survey has been extended to Sunday, April 5th, 2020. 

If you have not yet taken the survey, it is available at www.disciplemakerindex.com, in the parish office, or contact Terese ([email protected] or 414-453-3875 x13) to have one mailed to you.  

This 10-15 minute survey will ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and enable you to provide feedback on our parish’s efforts to help you grow.  All responses will be confidential and the parish will only receive information about the community as a whole.
