Happy Friday the 13th! Good thing we are not superstitious, right?
The 99 Experience went well last night. Thank you for your supportive prayers. Fr. Jeff Wocken SDS, our provincial, will celebrate Masses this weekend. I thank him for his willingness to help. I am not sure if we will have a Mass from Pius online. Depends on a number of factors. Please remember to call the parish office to register, before noon today, if you are planning on attending Mass in person this weekend. The next update will be on Monday. Have a good weekend and stay safe. God bless.

The 99 Experience has its second virtual meeting this evening. Please keep the two small groups in your prayers.
Don’t forget to call the parish office at 414-453-3875 if you plan on attending Mass this weekend. Thank you! Have a good day and stay safe. God bless. Please note that the daily reflection will be a text, not a video, starting today, until we are able to film again. It can be found at the same place on our website.
I am feeling well and looking forward to when I can return to normal. Hope all is well with you. Have a good day and stay safe. God bless. This evening, confirmation will be celebrated at Christ King for the youth in our tri-parish program. Congratulations! We accompany you in prayer. A special thank you to Sarah Daszczuk for leading the preparation through all the changes, postponements, etc.
The Parish Leadership Team meets this morning by ZOOM. Please keep us in your prayers. Have a good day and be safe. God bless. I hope you had a good weekend; I missed celebrating the Masses with you.
I continue to quarantine in my community. Hopefully, my community member who has been in the hospital since last Tuesday will be released today. Although the office remains closed this week, the staff will have a ZOOM meeting this morning. Please keep the staff in your prayers. Have a good day and stay safe. God bless. Fr. Peter Schuessler SDS will celebrate Masses through Monday. After that Fr. Jeff Wocken SDS will take them until I can come back.
Please remember to call the parish office to register, if you are planning on attending Mass in person this weekend. The next update will be on Monday. Have a good weekend and stay safe. God bless. This evening two groups will begin a virtual The 99 Experience program. If you remember, it was interrupted after only one session back in March. Please keep the participants and leaders in your prayers.
I live in a community with four other Salvatorians. One of my confreres tested positive with Covid-19, so we are quarantined. Frs. Jeff and Peter, who live in other communities, will celebrate the liturgies during this time. Keep all those suffering with Covid-19 in prayer. As was announced by e-mail yesterday, the office is closed until Monday, November 16th. Have a good day and stay safe. God bless. Tonight, the Pastoral Council and parish staff will have a ZOOM meeting at 7:00 pm. My six year term as pastor expires this coming year and I have asked to be appointed for another term. My provincial has written a letter to the bishop asking him to allow me to serve another six years. The diocesan procedures call for the parish staff and Pastoral Council to meet together to answer a questionnaire, which will be sent to the diocese. I will not be present for the discussion. After that discussion, the parish staff will leave the meeting, I will join the meeting, and the Pastoral Council will deal with its normal agenda. Please keep this meeting in your prayers.
Have a good day and stay safe. God bless. The Parish Leadership Team meets this morning to review how things are going. Afterwards, we will record the Mass for this coming weekend, as well as the daily reflections for the rest of November. I thank Bobby Pantuso for his willingness to continue to provide this service for our community.
Have a good day and stay safe. God bless. Today we celebrate the Memorial of All Souls, in which we pray for those who have died and still need our help. Yesterday we celebrated All Saints, honoring those in heaven and asking for their help. These feasts remind us that our bonds as the Body of Christ are not broken by death.
