We have received a box of Give Us This Day booklets, daily readings and reflections for the month of May. I have placed it near the main entrance to the church, under the arches. If you would like a copy, stop by and grab one, when you are out on “essential” business.
Some have commented to me how “surreal” it feels to watch Mass from home. One of our parishioners referred me to a homily online in which some suggestions were made for how to make participating in the Mass from home a little bit more “real.”
You have an opportunity to try it out this weekend: our Mass will be online starting at 5:00 pm this afternoon. I thank those who make this possible: Bobby Pantuso, Kathy Wellenstein, Chris Graham, Sue Haertel, and Terese Neureuther.
Confessions, from a safe distance, will be heard today from 4:00 to 4:30 pm.
God bless.

- Turn off cell phones, other distractions.
- Light a candle, have a crucifix or icon in the space.
- Dress as you would to go to church.
- Sing along when appropriate.
- Participate as you would in church, with the same movements and respect.
