Think about following the lead of your fellow parishioners by taking on their Lenten challenges to reduce consumption. Here are some of the pledges put on the display board in the back of church. We'll continue to post additional pledges throughout the summer.

Shop at rummage sales and resale shops to help reuse.

Each week choose one item from your home to donate and not replace.

Don't buy things you don't really need-avoid impulse shopping.
