Submissions

Potential content must be submitted to Margaux Veilleux via email ([email protected]) by 12:00 pm the Monday prior to the weekend you would like the content published. For example, content to be published the weekend of the 6th-7th of the month must be submitted by Noon on the 1st of that month.

Please note the following:

• While we support our fellow churches, we must prioritize content specific to St. Pius X Parish and content the Archdiocese requires we include.
• Please submit content two to three weeks prior to any scheduled event. Due to space constraints, we may need to hold your content for a future bulletin.
• Specific dates, times, and locations must be included with your original submission or it may not be published.
• Content must be accurate or it may not be published, e.g., a bulletin submission for a social justice event must match the date and time on the event's registration website.
• Once approved, content may be reviewed, edited, and reformatted, as appropriate, prior to publication. Due to timing constraints, we are unable to "share" or "finalize" our content with the person or group that submitted it.
• Some bulletins are due to our publishing company earlier than usual because of holidays or press maintenance/shutdowns. These early deadlines can sometimes be "last minute" and, thus, difficult to communicate.
• If your content is more suitable for the monthly newsletter, the Pius Press, we will let you know.

Inserts

We do not accept or print inserts or "stuffers" for our bulletins. If you have an event or initiative you would like to promote, please contact Margaux Veilleux at [email protected] to determine the best way to get the word out.
